Default Why don't my Pictures don't take up whole screen....

Please Login to Remove!

When I first got my phone (a few days ago), the pictures would take up the whole screen. Now when I go to view the pictures there is white space above and below each picture. The background picture displays that way also. Did I inadvertantly change something? How do I fix it? Thanks.

Have you tried rotating the image?

Yeah, I tried that... all it did was change the orientation of the picture. The pictures are upright, It's the white space above and below them that I want to get rid of.

They're too wide for the screen. The images are resized so they show up correctly do to them being too wide. That's why you get the white border.

It's just weird that they showed up fine before, and then all of a sudden the white appeared

Either 260 x 320 or 240 x 320 I believe. I'm almost positive it's 260 x 320 though.

one more question guys, to install an OTA theme, do I have to have a service plan hired? or is there a way for example to install a .jad theme not by accessing it through the internet/email?

If you can download an alx version of the theme rather than a jad, you can install through the application loader in desktop manager. Otherwise, to go OTA, you'll need a data plan.
