I got an 8100 blackberry and the Blackberry desktop manager only allows me to synchronize organizer date, Execute Add-in actions and update´s device date and timing.
But I am not allowed to click the function reconcile messages and as a consecuence, I can not synchronize my Outlook with my handset. I can not click the function configure how messages are to be reconciled with your desktop.
I connected by existing e-mail address with the blackberry using the blackberry internet service option.
can you help me?

On BIS, you cannot synchronize messages wirelessly, or through the Desktop Manager. DM will only sync Address Book, Memo (notes), Tasks and Calendar.

For wireless sync of messages, you will need to use BES, Blackberry Enterprise Service.
