so about 90% of the time ill get an MMS message and itll ask to retreive the content, so i do...and then it just shows blank idk why? very rarely will it actually show the picture

what should i do?

i have the exact same problem. my picture will not download about 30% of the time. once it 'downloads' the white page, i am unable to attempt a second download. any help would be appreciated.

from what ive heard from tmobile its a network wide problem. i can only recieve about 75% of the pics i get.

I work for T-Mobile and this is a known issue. Engineers are working on the problem. If you call into customer care you can get a small credit for the inconvenience.

If you call into tech(blackberry dept), ask them to "refresh my profile and settings in HLR, and cancel my location" and then pull your batt out for a few seconds and put it back in... AND THAT FIXED MY PROBLEM !

i thought you just have to go to the site, save your pic to your pc, then transfer the pic to your phone. i didn't realize that the pic is supposed to go straight to your phone...
i thought the Sidekick had a similar issue....
