Angry BB 8100 Modem Connection problems/Packet Errors

The first day I got this BB I hooked it up with my laptop and I had followed someones guide and it worked great. I was achieving speeds of 195-210 down and 90 up. Well I messed with something at one point and now I have problems, I followed several guides over and over with no luck, and I have searched around too. Well anyway now when I do connect it will say errors under the received data section. I also get a lot slower speeds now too. I get about 70 down and 30 up now, I am in the same location and everything I was when receiving the 200+ download speeds. Additionally I near the tower and receive 5/5 signal bars.

additionally if anyone who knows the answer and wishes to inspect my system, I can provide details so you can VNC to my system.
