Help!

Is there a way to get Vibe-AND-Ring instead of Vibe-THEN-Ring on a 8100?

Nope, and I still don't understand what the difference is to people.

Missed calls!

In noisy environments you can miss the first vibe and may never hear the ring.

If you have the vibe set long, when you are not wearing it you end up with very little time to grab it after it starts ringing.

And you can't set the length of the vibrate. You get two vibrates and that is it. If you had vibe and ring simultaneously as you desire, you would have even less time since the vibe and ring would be at the same time.

I understand "why" you want it, but it is not possible, regardless.
