Default Video freezes

I have done my search and people are having problems with phone freezing while playing video but mine is the the video itself. It freezes in the middle of the video but I can still here the sound going in the background. I am using the Blackberry video creator encoder. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Yes but TMobile has a pretty OLD OS, is that the one you are using? You can install any providers OS, all you have to do is delete the vendor.xml file, your T-Mobile stuff will be unchanged.

I'm just saying this because people have reported the new OS has fixed some of their video issues, so hopefully it will for you too.

Ok.. I have done the new Rogers 4.2 installation (I like it!) but I'm still having trouble with the video freezing. I think it has something to do with the phone?
