ive had my phone for a week now, every friday (two now) when i open my messages, their all gone but friday (this happened last friday. now today wake up and i see all my messages from this week are gone expect for todays and sunday the 6ths.............. umm where are they going or why are they hiding?

Does "had your phone a week" mean it's a brand new device or used?

Is it losing the phone call logs and SMS messages, or is it losing ONLY the email?

Also, if you go into Messages > Options > General Options, what is your setting toward the bottom of the screen for Keep Messages?

its brand new

it is losing email, sms and call log etc
but then again it showed what it lost two weeks ago but not showing this past current week

mine had this problem for a while. was hidding the emails only. it was receiving them ok, giving me the option to read them once then if i was going to read them again in 5 min. they were gone.
strange, i've never found out what was wrong.
