Default Custom Ringtones and Exceptions

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,
I have made a few MP3 ringtones, for family and friends, and they are assigned to the individuals. In the profiles list, it lists those custom tones as exceptions to the "normal" profile I normally have enabled. They also show up as exceptions to the vibrate and quiet profiles, though.

The question is: even though the custom ringtones are set up as exceptions to the normal, quiet and vibrate profiles, if my phone is set to quiet or vibrate, will they still ring and play the music? Don't want to be caught in a bad situation without realizing it.

Wirelessly posted (8700g: BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

You can also add the custom ringtone at the contacts addressbook entry to avoid being an "exception".
