I am like roadkill on the technological superhighway. That aside, I don't even see Bluetooth in Device Manager on my Windows XP version. Secondly, I cannot figure out how to sync Outlook contacts and calendar without using the USB conneciton. HELP!!!!!!

I don't think you can synch the pearl to Outlook without using a usb connection and Desktop Manager. And I don't think you can use bluetooth using the computer at all, you "pair" it with the bluetooth device you use (headset, car kit, etc).

You can sync with Outlook via Bluetooth, but it's really finicky. Meaning it took me forever to get it to even work right because my Bluetooth adapter is a piece of junk.

You have to use the native drivers for bluetooth. Give it a search and I'll see if I can find a link.

It's slow to synch thru Bluetooth.but on desktop manager go to options then desktop options and it will give you Bluetooth options. You can set it up. To me its a waste. The USB cord is good enough. However if you thether thru Bluetooth its cool as you can have your pearl tucked away and still surf the net...truly wireless.
