Default Need Assistance with Lotus

Please Login to Remove!

Im a new T-Mobile corporate dealer and need a quick answer to a question. I have a customer who just purchased the 8100 and is looking to sych up his device with Lotus Notes. He only uses and needs Lotus for his datebook/calender and his contacts. With this, does my customer need any type of additional feature(s) on his account, for example a BIS or BES add-on?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

BIS add on they could sync via Bluetooth or cable synch by USB. BES will allow the customer to wirelessly synch.

It needs to be configured on a BES.

(as snow said... for the wireless sync)
