Default Unknown Symbol on home screen - 05-15-2007, 08:26 AM

Hi all

I have a new icon on my homescreen. It looks like a small globe with a number one next to it.
Any ideas?
I run an orange theme on a UK voda handset. It came on over the weekend and the running of the device has not been affected. I've turned on and off, but it's still there.

cheers

Look in your message list for a Browser Push message. If not there, while in your Message folder, choose View Folder > Browser Messages.

Open or delete that message and icon will be gone.

Thanks for prompt reply.

Thought it might be something similar, but I deleted all messages to try to sort it. No good I'm afraid.

I've done as you suggested too. Could it be in a different folder?

Yup, there it is. Probably a message service, something you subscribed to, or a saved request from the internet browser when your signal was off.

I like the weather push messages; my $.02 though. Cheers!
