i understand, but the thing is, i opened a new contract through them. I've had problems with the first unit and requested a new one. At first, they told me "oh sorry, we can't give you a replacement because we're currently out of stock and don't know when we will have them again".
i emailed them and told them that I thought they were full of crap because on their website it says "IN STOCK!"
they replied and said "sorry for the trouble, we've sent a replacement right away!"
then it gets here and I'm told that they won't do another replacement and my only option is a refund. I didn't want to refund because their price is the best.
Here's the "replacement" product supposedly brand new.
