Default voice dial Problem - 05-22-2007, 03:42 PM

Some of the people that I work with have been complaining about the voice dial. If they say a command then the name it will ask if it is the correct name then say no number found, but if they call the number with out voice dial first it will work fine. Has anyone had this problem or know what a solution is for this problem? I don't know if it is user error or what.

Thanks

I am against picketing but I don’t know how to show it.

OK found it, If anyone has this problem, you need to reindex you phone book. so you go in and change the language to UK English and save the escape out and go back into it and change it back into American English, then hit the vad and it should index your address book and it should work.

Is there anyway to lower the volume of the stupid beep? It's making me deaf! The volume option in setup only seems to affect the read back of the name.
