Hi, I did an erase all data and then restored but now my browser is gone!

How do I get it back?

hmmm this doesnt sound good... have you tried going into the application loader or something like that on your phone and trying to reset it to manufacturing settings..? hmmm other than that, sounds like your screwed :(

Not screwed at all.

This is very common when loading/reloading operating systems.

As I'm sure the OP found out, since he/she stated he/she solved the problem already, all that needs to be done is resending of the service books.
