Unhappy Can't open attachments anymore, please HELP!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,
Everything was fine until I updated to 4.2.1.94 (Rogers OS?) now I can't open old attachments that I had saved in the phone and can't open new ones either, doesn't give me the option to open the attachment when I click it.

Anything fixable? Did I miss anything? Everyone else seems to have it working just fine.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Dave

Why do you ask for this twice on differents threads?

A possible solution might be:

Do a full wipe and get a clean install of the OS in your pearl.

Before you do a full wipe do backup all the information of your phone.

Regards
