I have been on the phone for over 2 hours! Someone save me.
I had established BIS and was getting work email (outlook via web) with no issues. I received a message about a plan change yesterday at work and it was followed by a message to my handheld stating BIS was no longer forward email for work account. Went to log in to BIS to correct the issue and got my account was suspended.
I deleted the service book for work BIS and re-sent them. I deleted the email account and set it back up receiving the confirmation message. I have re-started the device using softreset. I have had cingy send the service books.
Somebody save me please!!!

*Edit* Under Options>advanced>message services> (What should be listed for BIS??)
