Question Pearl issues

Please Login to Remove!

Just got my pearl today! Its absolutely BEAUTIFUL! But, however blackberry desktop only recognizes 19mb of internal memory, I thought it had 64mb? Maybe it's something with the software?
Thanks!

There's probably only 19mb of Free memory. Much of the Pearl's 64mb is taken up by the operating system and built-in applications.

Oh, okay, I just thought there was 64mb because of a different forum on Blackberry pinstack forums (How much internal memory do you have available on your Pearl? - RIM Blackberry Forums - Pinstack.com) with a poll of how much people have available, and some had between 55-65mb, so I dont know whats goin on?
Thanks!

Having about 19mb free is ok, I keep running about 10 free on mine.

Read this for some help/insight:
How do I free up memory on my device? - BlackBerryFAQ
Why is my 8100 Pearl losing its call logs or message logs? - BlackBerryFAQ

Good luck.
