Just got a new Pearl to replace a dead 7100. I use Lotus Organizer on my PC. Old Desktop (3.8) couldn't see the new phone, so I installed the desktop that came with it - 4.0. It can see the BB, and offers to do a backup on connection, but there's no synchronization icon available in the desktop window - so i can't even get to configure it.
Vodafone "support" said to upgrade to desktop 4.2 - so I install 4.2 SP3. Exactly the same
Long call to Vodafone support and they recommend installing BES for Domino.... I somehow suspect they haven't a clue, or maybe I'm wrong and I should try to turn my PC into BB server

Help please!
