Exclamation Pearl not displaying email attatchments (pictures)

Please Login to Remove!

My friend sent me a few emails with pictures, and I can see the text that confirms there is an attatchment, but there is no option to view the pictures.

When I first got my pearl, it gave me a "view more" option to download the attatchments. I can no longer find it.

I did a complete wipe of the Pearl last night and reloaded the OS, and I've already sent the service books. Any idea what the problem could be?

Nowhere, I can't even view the attatchment, let alone save it.

I have the same issue. No option to open the attachment or save it from email. My old BBerry had two options with attachments, download TOC, or download full content.

Update to my previous post: I had the new version of the OS for Cingular loaded by RIM. It fixed this problem, plus my browser disappearing problem.

I'm using the newest Cingular OS, unless they released a newer OS within the past 4 days. I downloaded the default Cingular OS, wiped my Pearl, and loaded it back on about 3 or 4 days ago.

Where did you get your OS, straight from the Cingular support site?

Anyone else have any ideas?

Just kidding, I forgot to check the "Attatchment Support" box when reinstalling my OS after a wipe. Thanks zggystardust, your post is what made me go back and look a second time.
