Default Restoring Pearl

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

After a trip to Florida and my Pearl taking a dip in the ocean for about 30 minutes I've found myself buying a replacement Pearl. I had performed a backup of my phone about a month ago on my Windows XP desktop, but unfortunately do not remember what I saved it as or where I saved it to. Now I am searching all over for the backup file (ipd extension I believe) but I can not find it. I was wondering if anyone had any quick tips that would help me locate this file -- perhaps using the search feature on Windows? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for the quick response. I tried it out but had no luck. Any other suggestions. Could it possibly be under a different file extension? I'm sure I haven't deleted it, but maybe I'm losing my mind. I might add that I did use this file immediately after performing the backup last month, just to test it out. Could it have spontaneously combusted?

I think by default it saves in My Documents. At least it does on mine. Not sure if that's a windows setting, though.
