Hey how is everyone!? Why does it happen that on the today plus theme and mostly any theme that shows a preview of the text message on the home screen. After a little while messages start Freezin on there even if you have already read it and deleted it the messages pop back up on that screen and the only way to remove them is by takin the battery out and putting it back in. Does anyone know how this can be fixed? Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

And also how can you reset the phone wit out taking the battery out and putin it back?

I haven't had that problem with the Today Plus screen on my Pearl.

To keep from having to remove the battery to reboot install the app called SoftReset. Type it in the search bar and you'll find the thread by Metsfan.

Search also for "memory leak" and see if it applies to you as well.

i too have this problem but i find the problem fixes itself after a bunch of new txt/emails that force the txt msg off the preview area. it is quite annoying, but not too much of a big deal. if anyone knows of a fix (which i'm sure is a simple thing) let us know!

and in regards to the memory leak, that really doesn't apply to this circumstance as i always have 20mb+ free space on the device
