Default Password Question

Please Login to Remove!

Maybe this is a stupid question.... but is it possible to remove the password from my 8100 Pearl and just have it open all the time, obviously I know the password and can change it but cannot stop it from activating after 10 mins of no use...
Thanks for any help...

Not if you are on a BES account, that security policy is set by you IT/BES people. If you are BIS, that setting is simply adjusted at Options, Security, General Settings.

Thanks for your reply..... followed your guide and the enabled has a red lock at the side of it. Seems can only change not disable?

Then it appears you might be on BES.

Your other option at this point is to increase the locking timeout, unless the BES admin configured 10 minutes as the maximum.
