Very simple
1.Get video clip from YouTube-here is how-http://www.methodshop.com/gadgets/tutorials/youtuberip/
2.Convert vidoeclip with Blackberry Video Converter-http://www.snapfiles.com/get/bbvideoconverter.html
3.Store it on your MicroSD card in VIDEO folder
4.Watch it ))

If you are starting from not knowing jack, there are many, many steps you have to read up on.

But you are in luck because there are many, many, many threads on this, including the sticky above. There are even threads that explain matters, as you say, in a "dumbed down [deleted] way."

You can enter "youtube" in the search box and all kinds of stuff will pop up.

Ok, thanks for the help with youtube. But can that translate into other sites that show video, like news or porn sites?

Thanks! I was wondering about it myself. I didn't realized there was other topics about it.
