Lately my 8100 has been emptying the recent call list. At first I thought it just did it when I synced with my PC, but now it does it randomly. Is there any way I can keep it from doing this?

my 7130 has been doing something similar to this as well I will delete all the calls but one always stays then when I delete it another will show up

This was happening to me and I called for customer support. What was happening was that I was running out of memory and the call list is the first to go. I deleted all of my emails and then the call log started storing numbers again. I went and deleted something that I didn't need on the phone to free up space and it hasn't happened since.
