Default IM Apps....

Please Login to Remove!

I downloaded Yahoo Messenger, but have been unable to find AIM or MSN. I am not fond of the Oz app because I cannot use all three at the same time. Any insight?

Even though Jivetalk now requires a paid license, its far and away the best of breed of IM apps for the pearl. After being a beta tester for versions from .62 to 1.0 I decided to fork over 29.00 for the transferable license. The feedback I gave was looked at the these guys are great developers. Today I Im'ed ,my nephew in vietnam, im'ed my younger nephew in nyc and the thing barely uses a bit of batt power. I can leave it logged in all day and it uses less power than my bluetooth. They are also planning upgrades that you will get for free if you subscribe now. I know that for some of you 30.00 is steep, but you get what you pay for and I think its worth it.
P.S. I have no connection to beejive or anyone in their company, I am merely a beta tester that has turned into a customer. Just one mans opinion.

Make that two. From the response I have seen of the developers and communication with them over the past 6-7 months, they will never leave you high and dry for want of support.

In other words, they are ethical and honest, on top of creating the first well-designed, non-buggy instant message app.

JiveTalk is the best.. and I have tried them all.. even paid way way to much for IM+ and I wish I would have known about Jive before I bought it.
