Default POP3 e-mail accounts

What is the fastest way to receive pop3 e-mail? I am not on a BES. I have a yahoo mail account that I have heard uses push technology. I forwarded one of my pops to it & the mails come in about 1 minute to my BB. I tried forwarding my comcast e-mail to my yahoo account & it has taken them about an hour to make it to my BB. I am using the yahoo account so that I can receive it on my computer also instead of having to reconcile from blackberry.

Suggestions?

I think you already have the fastest POP3 solution without upgrading to Hosted BES.

If you are on BIS you can set up all of your accounts to push directly to your BB. Either go online or use Internet Email Set up on your Pearl. No need to forward anything anywhere....
