We have a user with a 8100 that was previously connected via Desktop Manager (synching calendar) and using BIS. The are now connected to the BES but no calendar entry updates have been received since the Enterprise Activation.

I think there should be an option listed under Calendar>Options to enable Wireless Synchronization but it's not there..... I tried deleting the Desktop(CiCAL) service book and re-booting but no go.

Any thoughts???

Is wireless calendar sync enabled on the device?
Calendar > Options > Wireless Synchronization = Yes.

It also needs to be enabled in their BES profile.
User > Edit Properties > PIM Sync > Wireless Synchronization Enabled = True.

I do not see an option for Wireless Reconcilliation under the Calendar...

Steps are:

Click on Calendar>Options

I get:

Initial View
Enable Quick Entry
Default Reminder
Snooze:
Start of Day
End of Day
First day of Week
Confirm Delete
SHow free time in agenda
View
Show Tasks
Number of Entries

Thats it....there are no other options...
