Default BlackBerry Deletes Messages and Call Logs

Please Login to Remove!

I'm on T-Mobile and it seems like my Pearl doesn't remember any text messages or call logs, which is very annoying. Though it's only personal stuff, which isn't important, but I'd still like to have them. Though this must be unacceptable to business people who NEED to have call logs and messages for review.

ok, it seems like it's a memory problem. If I get a microsd card, will it stop it from doing that? or is it referring to some internal memory?

Do a search on the topic. You will find a ton of posts. You can clear off extra languages plus the addition of the memory card and tweaking some settings will definitely help. I had the same problem, and haven't had to deal with it since I did the research.

You need at least 15MB of free memory for normal operation.

You should delete unused languages, the sample video, any unused games, transfer pictures you no longer need on your phone to your PC (or delete them), and reduce the memory allocated for picture storage from the options menu while you're in the picture section.

You should also periodically empty your log by holding down the alt key and typing LGLG, and then using the options to clear it.

Also, read these:
