Default BIS BES differences???

Please Login to Remove!

I'm wondering what service I have with T-Mobile, BIS or BES. By the definitions below, I would guess BES. I get an email at work or home and I get the message within a couple minutes on my BB. But, I have my 3 accounts show up under one folder....so does that mean I have both?? I don't think I have the real-time sync of contacts and calendar. When I delete an email, it's removed from both my BB and my email account. I'm soooo confused.

Thanks,
Tom

Did your employer supply you the berry? If so then you probably have BES. You can change how the emails show up (i.e., into different folders) by changing the theme.

No, I bought it myself. I'm the sys admin here and it works fine on my email, except I can't see the subdirectories on my IMAP, but I chaulk that up to using Cyrus...other's have had this problem too.

Look at your rate plan on mytmobile.com. It should tell you there.
