Default Complete device wipe?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi- All of a sudden my earpiece went out (loudspeaker works) after installing the latest BBViewer. I don't know if its the cause, but I want to do a COMPLETE erase of the Blackberry. I downloaded the latest update, but that updates the software. I want to COMPLETELY wipe EVERYTHING (not just my data, but the OS too) and then put it back on.

How do I do this? Thanks!
