Default Phone Book Problems

Please Login to Remove!

Has anyone any ideas or getting the same problem as me? I when I recieve an incoming call from someone who is in my phone book it just displays the the number they are ringing from and not thier name. When I check the call log it shows up with persons name

It seems to be happening intermitantly, I have checked smart dialing and changed the setting for the country code to +44 and the national number length to 11.

Do a hard reset or battery pull on your device; see if that helps!

Do you have content protection enabled? Go to Options >Security Options >General Settings and check.
