I've read on the T-Mobile web site that after applying an OS upgrade, the DST 2007 patch may need to be reinstalled.
Quote:
NOTE: If you have applied the Daylight Savings Time patch already, please verify it is still loaded on your device after the handheld software update completes. Confirm the Daylight Savings Time patch by selecting Options and verifying 2007 DST Patch is listed under Settings.
I've upgraded to the latest AT&T release and checked under options and don't see any mention of a DST 2007 patch, however I didn't see it before the upgrade either. Do I need to install it or does the latest OS already contain it?

4.2.1 OS doesn't need the patch.
