Default Error message when trying to set up my voicemail

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone, I am a new Blackberry owner, I just bought the Pearl today. So far, I love this thing, it's a great little device. The only problem I'm having is when I try to access my voicemail for the first time.

I hold down 1, I get a brief "Please wait" popup message, then this error comes up: Supplementary service error: Unexpected data value.

This message started happening after I tried to access my voicemail for the very first time. I held down 1, and I got a message that said something like, "Please enter the number to access voicemail if you know what it is." So I just shrugged, and pressed 1, and then enter. Now I have this supplementary service error that won't go away.

The problem is that I already have a voicemail message, but I have no way of listening to it. The voicemail is actually from myself... I called my phone to see if it would work. My old greeting is still up from my previous phone and I left a "test" message. Except, I can't get to it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

no ideas on this, huh guys? Could you at least tell me where I could find a number to call Blackberry for assitance? Or would I be better off going to the Cingular store where I got it and asking them?
