You are running either IMAP or POP3?
Sounds like your server details have changed which you will need to change on the BIS website.
If your outgoing is working it indicates your device is working due to the SMTP address info will always be the same either itís the blackberry info or the network info.
I would sign into your email account take down the username,password and server address.
Sign into BIS,> email accounts , advance settings and check itís the correct info.
