I just downloaded the recent version of JiveTalk and noticed that they there is an option in the phone profiles to set sound alerts for Buddy Pounce, New IM while active and inactive. When I set the sounds it still doesn't work while JiveTalk is running. I would think that since this version gives you the option to do so it should work right? I'm new to this so it could have been there originally, any feedback would be appreciated.

Those alerts do work for me. Do you have the settings in profiles correctly configured for IN and OUT of holster.

Okay, I was stupid...I set the sounds but did not set the IN and OUT correctly.
