| You need to make sure you're signed up for one of the BlackBerry enterprise plans and not a personal plan.
On the personal plan, at&t will disable enterprise activation on your handset.
You'll notice that when you first get the device (or wipe it completely, or reload the OS), you have the icon... then as soon as you register under the HRT menu or the service books come down, that will disappear. |
