I'm sure there's a thread out there that has this mentioned somewhere, but god knows I can't find it... and I've searched! ...so on that note, don't get all butt hurt because it's a repeat thread...

Does anyone know the Resolution/Aspect Ratio for pixel-perfect pictures for the Address Book? Yes, I know you can use larger pics, which will then crop down and re-size, but they look a little crappy. On the phone there are pre-loaded graphics for Contacts, but the only info I can gather from them are the byte size.
