Default I cannot dial from the address book

Please Login to Remove!

I am on a biz trip to Israel, I was able to get the network to work on my BB. However when I try to call from my address book it adds +10 before the number and therefore the network will not recognize the number and I cannot get connected.

Any ideas?

PHONE > Options > Smart Dialing. Look at Options UNDER the phone dialer application, not the Main Screen general options.

I am looking at my 8700 as we speak, it is there.
