Stupid pearl ball
 

Ok for some reason my ball thing will not go left or right. It spins and all but the selecter will not move. At 1st it was just the left but now it wont go right either.

Any ideas?

Are you sure it's spinning? It's pretty common for it to get a little lint in it and stop working. I usually just push and roll it and it starts working again. If thats not the problem, try removing the battery.

tired all that... no luck :-(

You can try wiping and reloading the OS. If you call TMo for warranty exchange they may ask you to do that anyway.

take it apart & clean it
