At the risk of seeming like a complete idiot, I am asking for help. I just got the BB Pearl two days ago. I've never had a device like this one, and I'm absolutely loving it. However, today, I was going to do some mild browsing, but when I went to access my browser, it doesn't seem to exist. I can't find the icon for it anywhere. Can anyone help me? I don't know what is going on.

Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, it didn't work, and I had to call my service provider. The guy on the other end of the line mentioned that they've been having lots of problems like this with the red pearls. In the end, I had to go to the store and get a new BB. *crosses fingers* Maybe this one will be okay.
