| get BES mail working again? Please Login to Remove! Yesterday my new pearl was working fine. I installed desktop manager 4.2 sp2 at home to sync my outlook addres book - which worked. I must have clicked something wrong because my wireless mail no longer syncs to the mail server at work. I have tried some things but cant get it working.
Do I need to change settings in my device or in desktop manager?
-I seem to be missing service books
-enterprise activation just says an error occured
-I think DM wants to forward my local outlook to my pearl, which is not what I want
-Desktop manager says my messaging server does not support wireless sync
I think this last bullit holds a clue, but I cant find out WHICH messaging server it is trying to connect to. DM is installed at home...
-settings - advanced - diagnistics shows server name, mailadress and connected to each with the value of my work adress (although it did show my private mailadress this morning). It also says: yes to blackberry registration, connected to BB an BB pin-pin.
I dont mind resetting the whole thing as long as I know how to get it working again |
