Default blackberry frustration

ok so i need help with my pearl........first of all i got the opearl when it first came out and it stoped working on me about a week ago, so i called t-mobile and they send me a new one........my problem now is that this new onw is different from the other one what i mean is that some options are missing from this one......for example the blackberry browser is missing it only has t-zones .......another is that my add e-mail option is missing only the enterprise one is there ......if i go to the themes menu im missing the download new themes options........is really getting me mad and im hating my device now.......does anybody know if this is a firmware problem or can i put a old firmware...............if anybody can help me i would really appreciate it..........

Options >Advanced Options >Host Routing Table. Click Menu key and select "Register Now."

Edit: And TMobile still has old Firmware anyway.

No it is not a OS problem, and yes you can load an older OS on it if you feel the need.

Post Update using app loader??

Hi...

I was wondering if he can update his desktop using the app loader??
Being that he is missing the Browser?

What is likley is that when the user got the new BlackBerry, they have not switched devices with the carrier--added the new BlackBerry PIN on the BIS.account and therefore it is not registered with the network.

Is it not an OS problem or something that can be added with app loader.

Yes, you can add your PIN and IMEI on the BIS site for your carrier and it should allow it to get the service books which will give you a browser and email.
