toriann, I am afraid that is not a common problem among users. Desktop Manager updates work quite well.
1-Browsers: do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan? If not, you won't have a browser. If you do, go to Options > Advanced > Host Routing Table and click Register Now. Pull your battery to reboot the BB. 2-If you mean the Help icon, you may have erased or deleted it somehow. Reload help through Desktop Manager > Application Loader (if you already have the OS loaded on your PC).
