No matter what I try I just cannot turn on (or turn up) the speaker so that my chosen ringtone can be heard. The phone vibrates as it should but no sound. When its connected to my bluetooth handfree the speaker attached to that will ring, but not the phone. I have tried using different ringtones, different themes pushing the volume control buttons endlessley. I've even just done a reset. I should mention it worked until about a week ago.

Something I have missed? any/all advice appreciated.

Go to Profile icon and select Phone only. It should allow the phone only in ringing mode.
