Hello all! I am a noob with a 8100. I have issues with receiving picture messages. (I do have the data plan) Sometimes I actually get the picture in the message, and other times I get a link to a tmobilepictures.com site. Is there a way to get all my mms messages to have the picture in it so I can see it right then an there? I've tried to copy that link and go see them...no luck. I end up going on my laptop which is a big hassle.

Hillary, it is according to how it is sent to you by the other users. Email attachments should be right there to download from the email. MMS sometimes are only downloadable from the TMo site.

I have the same problem. I recieved a picture from my girlfriend's Nokia 5300 and it showed up on my screen and that was a couple days ago and then this morning she tried to send me another one and it came in the form of wanting me to go on the site. I've been meaning to call TMo and see if they knew anything about it.

this is an issue that tmobile has been aware if and is working on it..i have been calling them for the past 2 weeks..they say its on off and off issue..my wofe gets pics and i cant..the workaround they do is have u hold the alt and press l g l g then hit menu and clear the event log, then reboot ur phone and it shud fix the issue, it worked for me..
