Default Opera Mini and Images

Please Login to Remove!

Hi I have a blackberry Pearl on ATT network i have a large media net plan NOT a blackberry business plan and i downloaded opera mini to get around the whole data issue. Opera mini works great I can visit any webpage i want. BUT when i try to save an image from the web it redirects me to the BB browser and that obviously doesnt work is there any way around the redirect or to allow opera mini to save images without referenceing BB browser?

when your surfing a page using OM, and you highlight a picture, scroll down a little more and it put a frame around the image and it says select image with the image pixel size in parentheses....

this is how it works on OM 3, not sure if you have the beta (4).

oh now i see what you're saying...sorry i never tried to save an image. i don't know, maybe this is something thats fixed with the OM 4 release ? not sure. in the meantime, there might be some free picture viewing/saving utilities you can use....try eveek.com, he's got a few apps that are free to use.
