Default Stumped by a date issue with Email via BIS

Please Login to Remove!

I am sending and receiving email just fine. Using Outlook via BIS. The dates appear normal on the envelope and within the thread of the email but if I scroll up I see:

Is this a BIS issue or do you think it's an issue with the Outlook OWA Server???

Seriously, I believe that's an issue on the OWA server.
