Default Problem setting up Outlook Web Access in BB Pearl - 06-29-2007, 04:02 PM

Hi, my company uses Outlook Web Access (OWA) for emails; I am trying to set up my BB pearl to check emails through my company's server. I am getting errored out everytime I try. I have tried using my handheld as well as T-mobile website.

Here are the specs - 1. Equipment - BB Pearl (8100) 2. Carrier - T-Mobile
3. Outlook Web Access (OWA) Secured Server

Can somebody help with available documentation? or from their own experience.

Thanks!

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows CE; PPC; 240x320))

Are you using MS Exchange 2007?

BIS does not support it yet.

If the have POP3 enabled you can access it that way.

Does access to your corporate email via OWA require a digital badge or digital certificate? If so, you'll need to install that on your BB via the Desktop software.

I checked and we use MS Exchange 2003.

Well regarding the digital certificate, I am not sure if we do that? But do you know how I can check that?

I was able to set up the OWA using MS Exchange 2003. Found this helpful link on BB's website -
