Anyone know where i can find a replacement BOTTOM COVER for the pearl?

I tried the stupid sugar cube/penny trick; bottom line, dont do it. There are no scracthes, however, you still can see that the logo was there. It bugs the shit out of me, so i just wanna replace it, Thanks!

You can try the following sites:

BBrepairshop.com - BlackBerry Repair Parts for BlackBerry 8100 Pearl

Or

BLACKBERRY 8100 PEARL GSM CELLPHONE PARTS - BLACKBERRY CELLPHONE REPAIR PARTS

But what's funny is they sell it with the Cingular logo you were trying to remove~!

Might be thinking of the wrong part but if you mean the battery cover, grab the one from Seidio. It fits better than the original and even has the vents for the speaker.

I think the only one I've seen is a Cingular branded on one of the above linked sites. $23 plus shipping

They use a sugar cube to rub the logo off of the device. I wouldn't do it.

I wanted to know if there was a good place to find these bottom pieces too, because I have a SunCom Pearl which has a silver bottom, and I want a black bottom.

Hahaha... They have every Part for the blackberry, except the 8100. It is some what old of a phone. I just dont get why they wouldnt want to make parts, people break phones all the time, and plus they get more money.

Sugar Cube Trick

Cell Phones: De-brand your cell phone or PDA - Lifehacker

Penny Trick,

Some one on this forum i believe or pinstack, tried it with a penny and kept scraping for days. Eventually, it had come off, it just takes patience. However, i think it left a little mark, but he had touched it up with some Toothpaste.

Hope i answered the questions
