i reset my blackberry and now it wont show the home screen,
i cant access my media to transfer it to my memory card if i ever get a new one,
and i cant access anything except the options menu and the calculator, the call log, saved messages!
ive tried to wipe it out but it goes back to the same stupid screen,
and on my desktop manager it doesnt say the device is connected and then ill click media anyways on the manager and it says to make sure that device software 4.2 is installed.

heres pictures of the screen that comes up that i cant get out of unless i click options;

they probably dont help because the picture made the screen so blurry.
please help.

Chase, when you say you "reset" what do you mean? Do you mean you pulled the battery and rebooted?
